3. Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or electronic confirmation from us.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, special requirements).

  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings that violate legal or safety requirements.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Quotes provided at the time of booking are binding unless circumstances change (e.g., route deviations at passenger request, waiting time exceeding agreed limits, extraordinary traffic conditions).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer cancellations:

  • Company cancellations:

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must comply with applicable safety regulations and the instructions of the driver (e.g., wearing seatbelts).

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.

7. Waiting Times and Delays

  • The driver will wait [e.g., 15 minutes] free of charge at the agreed pick-up location.

  • Additional waiting time may be charged at [e.g., EUR X per 15 minutes].

  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missed flights, lost business opportunities) unless required by mandatory law.

  • Our total liability per incident is limited to the fare paid for the affected ride.

9. Insurance

All vehicles are insured in compliance with Cypriot and EU transport regulations, including passenger liability insurance.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent courts of Paphos, Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s home country apply.
